HOME REQUIRED...
Dave (Ginger & White) is 2yrs old, and Sylvester (Black & White) is only 1yr. They are very attached to each other so must stay together, but are a lovely pair of boys and will make a lucky family some ideal family pets. If you are interested in these two, please contact Jill on 0208 898 4554 Can you offer one of our cats a loving, permanent home? This time of year we often have cats and kittens looking for good homes. They can come into our care for a number of reasons, either as urgent cases from the public, where the branch feel the animal is at risk, or via the RSPCA Inspectorate. The branch relies on a small fostering network and local networking to place the cats and kittens, all managed by the re-homing co-ordinator. Each cat or kitten is taken to the vet for a check over and will be vaccinated, treated for worms and fleas, and micro-chipped and neutered once old enough. Many of our older cats also require further veterinary care, and these will remain in foster care until the vet feels they are suitable for re-homing. In the case of our elderly residents, we offer a long term foster option, where veterinary costs are met by the branch on an ongoing basis, but the cat can enjoy the rest of his/her life in the comfort of a home. If you are interested in becoming a long-term foster carer, please go to our foster carers page for further details. If you would like to provide a loving, safe home to an animal please contact Jill on Tel: 0208 898 4554. Alternatively email the following address for further information:

A fee of £75 will be charged for rehoming a cat and £135 for a dog. This helps towards the cost of any veterinary treatment, boarding and of course the microchipping, neutering, worming and flea treatment of the animal.
Just a few of the felines that have been cared for by our branch.... These kittens were rescued just in time. They were all suffering with cat flu when they arrived, but as you can see they made a full recovery! They thrived in their foster home, and responded well to veterinary treatments. Once recovered, they were all successfully re-homed to understanding and loving new homes. This time of year, we always have a lot of enquiries from potential owners looking for kittens, and many of our adult cats get overlooked. This is Jack, who came into the care of the branch in quite a bad way. As with many white cats, Jack is deaf and therefore lives indoors. He had not had a lot of positive human contact when he arrived at one of the RSPCA hospitals, and was not easy to handle. With some time and patience, he has become a loving family pet - still full of character, but has settled well with his new owners and the company of another feline friend! If you wish to discuss an animal that you feel needs re-homing or if you would like to consider adopting one of our cats or kittens, please contact Jill on the above telephone number or via the email address. Local RSPCA Animal Centres
Many of our animals get transferred to local RSPCA animal centres for rehoming (Southridge, Southall Cattery, Millbrook and South Godstone). Please see the following links for further information on some of the animals in local centres looking for loving homes. The centres will advise you of their rehoming terms and policies.
